FAQ
Yes—they are very much pedals, designed to live on a pedalboard and respond deeply to guitars. But they're not the kind of pedals you switch on and forget about. They're built to invite interaction, attention, and a bit of exploration.
You can plug straight in and start playing, but the real character reveals itself as you engage with dynamics, controls, and signal flow. And when curiosity strikes, these same pedals are perfectly happy to accept synths, modular systems, and other sound sources. CV integration and extended control simply mean they're not only for guitarists.
Think of them as pedals that reward playing—and occasionally encourage you to try something you hadn't planned.

We build Oepicus instruments to last, and we stand behind them accordingly. Our warranty is deliberately simple and refreshingly honest: if something fails due to manufacturing or component issues, we'll repair it.
We offer a lifetime warranty—within your lifetime and the pedal's, whichever decides to bow out first. Nothing lasts forever, especially devices that get stomped on, toured hard, or subjected to experimental signal chains at 2 a.m. We'll handle the fix; you just cover the shipping.
Built to last.
Realistically.

Not at all. Each instrument works perfectly well on its own. CV inputs are there to expand what's possible, not to demand prior study. You can ignore them entirely, or explore them later when curiosity (or confidence) strikes.
If the campaign is successfully funded, production will begin shortly after. We estimate shipping to backers 3–4 months after the campaign ends, and we'll provide regular updates so you'll know exactly what's happening—and why—along the way.
Yes. Our parent company, 1V/OCT, successfully launched and delivered The Centre: Eurorack Modular Wavetable Synthesiser on Kickstarter in 2021. We've taken complex audio hardware from concept to backers' hands before, and we fully intend to do it again.
